Syracuse City Ballet is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that, for over twenty years, has been honored to have the opportunity to bring world class artistic productions to the Central New York community. In addition to our annual production of the Nutcracker, we have enjoyed offering you other major productions such as Aladdin, Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, Cinderella, and an original ballet Snow White. It is our goal to have the entire community learn and enjoy through these cultural experiences. This is why, yearly, our Ballet Company reaches over 3,500 Syracuse City school children through our community engagement program. We are in the midst of setting a bold new vision that will allow us to offer more productions and reach even more members of our community. All of what we have done and will be able to do is made possible by our philanthropic patrons.

Bonhams will offer a new masterpiece of automotive engineering – The Mercedes-Maybach G650 Landaulet, one of only 99 built – at its Zoute auction on 6 October. Bonhams is waiving its fees and all proceeds of the sale will be donated in their entirety to Laureus Sport for Good, a charity of which Mercedes-Benz is a global partner. The foundation focuses on helping children and young people overcome violence, discrimination and disadvantage through sport.
The ultra-rare SUV was launched at the Geneva motor show, and by the time the show came to a close, the other 98 vehicles had already been sold. As such, this will be the first time that any of the vehicles made will come to public auction, making this an exceedingly rare opportunity to own one of the most impressive, luxurious and sought-after 4x4 vehicles ever created. Due to the significant interest shown at the launch in Geneva, Bonhams expects the car to surpass its list price of €630,000 + VAT (payable in the country of import).
Housing the potently powerful Mercedes AMG V12 biturbo engine, capable of producing 630bhp, with a peak torque of 1000 Nm, this all-terrain vehicle is the perfect combination of performance and luxury. he car will be offered as a charity lot, with proceeds from the sale going to Laureus Sports For Good. The charity was founded in 2000 in response to Nelson Mandela's declaration at the Laureus World Sports Award that 'sport has the power to change the world.' As the very first G 650 Landaulet to come to public auction, this is an unmissable opportunity for those seeking to explore some of the world's wildest terrain in unsurpassed luxury.
